    Their figures often seem to be at odds with Zoopla and so I'm not sure who to believe.

    Is the site any good?

    I'd use Rightmove but the other two seem to have better features for viewing trends in the property market in different areas, etc.

    Where are landlords marketing their properties these days ? I have always used the usual rightmove and zoopla but I have heard tenants are looking at sites like spareroom.co.uk instead ? I have heard zoopla means agents and fees whereas spareroom means private landlords and no fees. Is something happening...
