I'm due to sign a two year contract with a private landlord - however a lot can happen in two years. If I wish to move out sooner, I would probably find a new tenant and request a name change on the contract.
Can a landlord ever refuse this? I appreciate that there are admin fees associated...

My tenants have recently got married, and wish to change the details on their tenancy to say their married name instead of their separate names.
Does anyone use or have a decent addendum that they use for situations like this? I think it'd be easier than trying...
