Isn't all HMO contracts done with the company? So does this mean, private landlords should not get involved with HMO? They have been very good for the last 6 years to be honest, even during the pandemic, they always paid with some delays. I can comfortably walk on with £1500 could have been a lot worse...

Update, I just checked the company house and the company has applied for liquidation and since has a wind-up order. What do I do now, write to the liquidator?

Thank you all for the replies. It was done in good faith without the court. They had the property for over 6 years so I trusted them and told them they can vacate the property as I found new tenants....
