I agree that some form of partial consultation could be perfectly adequate, but that is not being offered. It would appear that we will either get full consultation, or none. If the Company is intending to follow the surveyor's advice, there would not be much harm in no consultation...

AndrewDod Thank you, that all makes sense. I don't think there is any crookedness involved, just the usual situation of an Agent being paid a pittance and not having the time or expertise to put the necessary thought into a complicated mattter, and directors not putting the effort in to move things...
