Whilst I agree some works can wait , I think when it is works on the building they are best to get done asap. The owners who are against this work ,would be first to complain if it was their...

  • Hi Jericho, even with a reserve fund, that according to our leases should have enough put in to cover future repairs /replacements of wear and tear items ie:gutter,roof,facias etc ,,if previous directors have not set a sufficent amount to go in each year , you still end up with not enough when needed...

But not the areas coloured brown .The Lessor is responsible for the roof and structure . And that is what the FTT...

    Hi Anna, yes we do have a reserve fund , sadly it's nowhere near enough , but we will of course be using it to offset costs and yes it will be a section 20, . ,sadly scaffolding is needed , what a shock how expensive that is ! Thank you for taking the time to reply...
