Thats a good point, even if the landlord did put it on . In fact he has to put it on unless he will give it to the tenant with no lights or gas . Geez I would take him to tribunal for the deposit just for the fun of it and teach him to be a scrooge

hi guys i have a tenant that is a gas engineer and there are a few small problems with the hot water system and boiler , nothing major but I prefer to fix these things than wait for them to fail.

I will have to p[ay someone from outside and don't mind to pay my tenant they seem reasonable...
