Olb I’m in the same boat, having served S21 in Oct’19. I don’t want to do the electrical safely test as I’ve decided to knock the house down and rebuild (more sensible than trying to meet EPC targets in an old house). Here’s hoping they’re gone by April, but I’m not holding my breath....
