Service address at land registry is my home address not rental. Nope he did not employ a surveyor and neither did her serve notice.

I did see the planning application, but is it down to me to find out who the landlord is next door and find his home address and ask him when do you plan...

Hi all,

My neighbour who happens to have the end of terrace failed to serve me a party wall notice.

Further he has commenced work that too while my tenants are on holiday.
