  • jpkeates...Thanks for your reply...... I do not want to evict him but on two previous occasions prior to him having a stroke he left his flat with a pan on the oven hob, on each occasion the pan boiled dry and set off his smoke alarm with the kitchen full of smoke. Luckily I was around to gain entry....
