  • The EICR cert is mandatory every 5 yrs for all business premise, and landlords.

    As for the FRA You are still required to comply with all matters of Health and Safety Law.

  • If you can wait till later in the year the government plan to announce possibly 10x the G R for the the right to by a freehold house that was leasehold. Hold you ground if you can.

    The commercial part is all the ground floor extended at the back ( more than 25% of total floor area) We have three upper floors inc the loft that have been converted to bedrooms. How would we find out if we have RTM on this basic? Or as we thought because of the poor management...

    Thanks for the replies,
    The RTM option has to be appointed by the FTT as we are in a mixed use building with more that 25% commercial floor area. If we go down this route will the cost be low and does the M co get the chance to put things right and stay on.
