  • The freeholder have there own separate management co that take the fees. Most of the leaseholder are fed up with the poor service provided. Also the obstacle put in the way of any questions directed at them. We would like to move this forward hopefully buying the freehold and maybe apoint our own Man...

  • buying mixed use ground rent building

    Hi we are looking into buying a mixed use East London building 3 x stuido flats & 3, 1 bed flats all sold on long leases with over 100 yrs remaining @ £50 pa ground rent. 2 x shops on 999 yr leases with peppercorn rent. total income £300 pa ground rent £4600 management fees. (that seem excessive)...
