  • Thank you. Oddly enough they only seem to want to deal with it on the phone and not in writing despite my requests. Once the issue is resolved I am going to request the call logs.

  • Many thanks for the replies. To clarify it is the Meters themselves not the Home display.

    I have been trying since June to get the Energy company to come back and replace the meters, each time they either fail to turn up or turn up without the parts as they haven't read the job notes properly....

  • Just the device that does the measuring. When it was connected the engineer couldn't even activate the LCD screen and thinks the meter itself maybe faulty. Have attempted multiple button pushes and followed their step-by-step guide....
