I believe debt was somewhere around £14,000. Property sold for over 400k.
This is more a Council Tax issue, albeit centred around when the Defendant's ownership ceased.

That was my understanding, plus I understood a forfeiture action normally would go through the LVT.
However the Claimant's solicitor has stated that the property was obtained by the Claimant through forfeiture of the lease. I wondered if the wording of the above clause was equivalent to...
