    Harrowgate a bit too far for my being in the capital, though I like the info on there website.

    No mention of pets in the lease, and the LL knows about the dog, wont bother him either.

    I did ask the tenants awhile ago if they could turn their TV down abit in the evening but...

    I and the other freeholder cleared the Ivy last year, but it is starting to grow back it has not yet reached the brick work, now the renters are living there.

  • Yes ┬ú900 is excessive, probably because they expect this to be claimed on home insurance which probably wont be questioned. The agent is probably has also included their costs for getting involved....
