    It's only 5.5% increase and is entirely proportionate and reasonable.
    Social housing used to be Septembers RPI + 0.5% plus up to £2.00 (per week) in order to standardise charging discrepancies. This could work out more 5%. It's not set this way any more, but it's representative.

They have no outright legal obligation to leave at the end of the tenancy agreement, which can only be truly ended by the court.
