Think about installing a nice wooden handrail, that could be easily removed. Otherwise you could end up with the local council installing some nasty white metal handrails.

When you say "Legal Insurance", do you actually mean Rent Guarantee Insurance?
Legal Cover and Rent Guarantee are not the same thing.
