    And another CGT ?

    Just read a post which has triggered the following question: On replacing a boiler - I think I understand that this can't be offset as expenses but has to be offset on selling the property, therefore, offsetting against CGT. If this is the case, do you have to record the information anywhere on your Self Assessment? Or is it just a case of keeping all the receipts for CGT separate and then claiming back when property is sold?
