Tax advice - extending lease

I bought a flat in 2006 with a 43 year lease for 229500.
I have extended the lease this year at a cost of 77500.
I also paid 2800 costs for solicitors fees.
The mortgage costs were 1500

Please could anyone tell me if I can claim tax relief on all of the above?

You will be able to reclaim your legal costs of sale and purchase and the cost of extending the lease under Capital Allowances when you sell the flat, which will reduce any potential CGT liability. You should have posted this in the tax questions forum!
