    Ridiculous judges

You guys may remember I have a flat where the police obtained a closure order due to prostitution. The order expired last month, and meanwhile I have been going through the motions of a S21 possession application, rather than bother trying to prove the facts of a section 8 application.

For the first time I used the online application form, printed it out and sent it to the court. I might as well not have bothered. I just received a judgement refusing it.

My paragraph 3 was completed exactly as I always complete it. You either strike out the first a. b & c, or the second a,b & c, depending on the date of your first tenancy. You don't go further and start striking out individual items.

    I'm off to the court.

On reflection, I've decided to write to the court, as I think I'd probably end up getting arrested.

Indeed you struck out one complete section. The a,b,c are not mutually exclusive.

The near complete collapse of parts of the courts system, and the complete collapse of HMRC are major threats to UK democracy and stability, and the rule of law.

At last! I have a possession order and an order for costs from a different judge.

This is the letter I sent in case you are interested:

        Dear Sirs,

        Possession Claim no: COORG383
        K*****-v- G******
        Judgement date: 2nd June 2016

I am in receipt of your judgement attached. I also attach a photostat of my application form which I completed online on https://www.gov.uk/accelerated-possession-eviction, and printed out, and sent to the court on 29th April 2016.

You can see that paragraph 3 deals with the date of the original tenancy. Both statements are correct:

1: Both the tenancy and the agreement for it were made on or after 28 February 1997

& 2: Both the [first] tenancy and the agreement for it were made on or after 15 January 1989

The website asked me about the date of the original tenancy, and has correctly crossed out the items that were required to be complied with if the first tenancy started before 28th February 1997.

May I please have a possession order.

        Yours faithfully

          Excellent, great news!

I bet you guys know what I mean by pilot error.

It's when your tenant calls you out saying something is faulty when they don't know how to use it. Today the lady who couldn't open her Washer Dryer a couple of months ago called to tell me that the heater in her spare room wasn't working....

Just been over to my friend's, as he asked for more water softener salt. I went in the bathroom to wash my hands and noticed the tap was loose. 'Why didn't you tell me your tap was broken?' I said.

'Oh, I didn't want to bother you'.

I left after eating our lunch together, and...

What's wrong is that there is absolutely zero evidence that the killer did anything at all because of Brexit.

Jo Cox was killed while campaining during the referendum, but there's nothing to suggest that the murder was anything other than an act of terror.
            The killer's only public...

There really is an extreme level of determination (or cognitive dissonance) involved in refusing to accept that the murder of Jo Cox was influenced by Brexit.
It is the opposite of 'common sense' to refuse to see this.

I really don't see why anyone would just accept this, since it...
