      An interesting read. Not for me though. I like a simple straight forward rented property where I know the tenant. All that stuff in the article is too complicated for many.

          Time to export out central government to the shires and round up the unwilling work shy unemployed and get them building homes.

          That'll increase supply and money rather than shoe horning more units into London.
