Well done on reaching this milestone, especially on your specialist subject.

Most of the time when I see how long the posts are that you have written, I just move onto the next thread.

    Keep up the good work.

I'll echo that! There are a few of us who have reached 5 figures but it is much more of an achievement to have done that in a restricted field.

I thank you- Mrs LHA sais that as I am Capricorn with Gemini Ascendant ( yep I don't understand either) that as long as I am warbling on "you" are fine.

When I am silent, or worse still use few words, duck, the "Acme" anvil* is seconds from impact.

      * other anvils are available, probably.

I'm nearly at 2k quality(ish) posts. Do I get a miniature award ceremony? Or shall I just crash this one (as I have already?)

In all seriousness! Good stuff! I wonder how many peoples lives you've changed in the course of that 10k posts!
[I]The opinions I give are simply my opinions and interpretations of what I have learnt, in numerous years as a property professional, I would not rely upon them without consulting with a paid advisor and providing them with all the relevant facts[I]

Well done LHA. I must admit that most of the posts I've recently read seem to involve some sort of shedonomics and late night bewilderment, but I'm sure you have other skills.
              Keep on typing that man.

Likewise, well done LHA!!! More power to your shed!!! Should we start a separate TaB thread on how many sheds any landlords hereabouts own... It's kinds scary......

(Leaving out the whole beds-in-sheds/garages issues that wicked evil landlords get involved in...)

Cheers to all contributors, be they uttering but one helpful response or such giants of the LLZ savanna such as LHA!!

I will also add congrats. I can often discern real, valuable content amidst the warblings and it's always enjoyable even when one hasn't a clue what you're on about.

I didn't really want to add to this thread, modesty permits.

But I will say thank you to all, and that you have all caused the near impossible to happen.

                      I actually blushed. Truly humbled.

                        Seconded!

It used to be a case of 'so many words, so little sense', but it's much less scrambled these days. Well done and keep it up!

And despite spending large amounts of time hanging around in bars (aka TAB), you have managed not to get banned, like wot I was. Well done again.

That MTG, she's such a "mean drunk"

But those were the days when the "landlord" was a cantankerous sort " my gaff, my rules". Until Tom from the "Brewery" stepped in....

I think I have stretched that metaphor enough! LOL Night All.
