        Plus of course the excellent tenant who cause no damage has still paid that 'damage premium' and won't get it back like they would a deposit.
        Sadly, I've never met such a tenant.

                Cost of satellite realignment. Tenant or Landlord?
                You can't expect a satellite to be moved just for your tenant. That will put everyone else's receivers off, won't it?
