So what did this blank piece of paper say on it?
There is a fine line between irony and stupidity. If I say something absurd please assume that I am being facetious.

An email this weeek from a witch with a B, whose idea of negotiation is precisely how she gets her way-

" According to LEASE, I have every right to insist that we meditate "
I am going to get a mediator and yoga mats

There is always a good supply in emails. In recent weeks there has been an animal theme.

1 A person seeking consent for alterations including fitted kittens

2 A person feeling frustrated they they cannot act on an issue "without the support of the otters"

The other day I got an email from a deposit scheme north of the border ....
I would advise to air on the side of caution and protect and new installment as soon as is practicably possible
Is "airing on the side of caution" do to with not doing something in lifts??

used to have one where all the rooms over 3 floors were filed with newspapers back to the 60's, stacked from the middle outward, by the lady who loved there in tea chests with packing beads as bedding, and ate only bread and cheese from the milkman.

Oh and rarely wore anything other than a t shirt and wellies( yes just that).
                  Rent paid in cash then?

Loving in a tea chest sounds really uncomfortable.

Oddly enough no- it was paid by barclays private bank....

I understood that she was rather successful until "the hamster fell off the wheel", as a result of a rather shocking family tragedy( which I can't publically relate).

The newspapers were interested in "landlords and agent failings" until I pointed out the number of times that we had involved the Police and Social services , the latter doing a sterling impression of a chocolate teapot. On a July afternoon.

The journalists response was telling, "oh well thats hardy news", and the story was quietly slipped into the back pages

I am not sure our mobile rent collector would have been willing to call on her

You won't find many clauses set in suet, I wouldn't think.

On the original thread question. I voted to leave, my decision being mainly over the question of sovereignty, but I confess I didn't research the ins and outs of it all in the way many of the contributors here obviously have. So my vote was based on the arguments portrayed in the mainstream media at...

                                  We do.
We have a general election. A government is put in place. They usually keep some of their pre-election promises but break others. The supporters of the losing side then complain about the actions taken by the winning side until the next election (which now takes place after a maximum of...

Maybe we should do this sort of fun and dance game every election. When Jeremy Corbyn is voted in as PM, we can rapidly address that by saying that the great British public really didn't know what the consequences of voting in a fascist, race obsessed/racist, Marxist government actually were. So when...

A single survey doesn't alter the fact that almost al surveys have found that the balance is now tipped the other way (and for a population of 66 million, a sample size of 26,000 really isn't a great deal better than a sample size of 1,000 - the difference is only a confidence interval of a couple of...

                                  Nope.

The claim that the UK could save £350 million a week and use that to fund the NHS was never true.
The £350 million a week claim doesn't take into account the 'rebate' that the UK gets that was negotiated by Margaret Thatcher. This 'rebate' is applied before any payments are...
