The tenants recently reported damp issues so I have had an environment health office undertake a full investigation of the property and come up with a long list of things that I need to address.
The report has come back with numerous category 1 and 2 issues, some are fair enough, however other issues seem unjustified....

"who is feeling slightly chilly so turns it up to 25"
Why is the bedroom so cold
Turned away on your side? When I post, I am expressing an opinion - feel free to disagree, I have been wrong before.
Please don't act on my suggestions without checking with a grown-up (ideally some kind of expert).

by JK0I believe 'climate change' was the tool to force global socialism on us, before they thought of Covid. BTW, if I'm mad to be worried about the Great Reset, why is every world leader parroting their slogan?

by buzzard1994We are still in the middle of a pandemic where our government has regularly acted to spread the virus and to give money to their mates. I still believe in the line that cock up is always more likely than conspiracy but I'm starting to have doubts about that.
If there is a conspiracy it...-

by marinerIMO any person entering the UK could/should be tested for Covid 19 at point of entry and be required to provide contact details, rather than self-isolation for 14 days. Apparently there is an excess of testing facilities. Grant Shapps take note.

by Gordon999Just received sms to say the rate for payg calls next month will go up from 3p to 10p per minute.
Is this price rise due uncoupling from EU controls on mobile call rates across EU countries ?-

by jpkeatesI use GiffGaff, they're reliable and cheap.
They use 02's network, so if you're in an area with decent 02 coverage, you're fine.-
