      Hi, can I ask which no win no fee lawyer you used? I'm in a similar situation to the OP and I'm struggling with finding a reputable lawyer who deals with these types of cases.

            The replacement cost should be adjusted for the expected lifetime. The fridge wasn't new when you moved out, so the drawer had depreciated prior to it being damaged. About half the cost of the replacement might be fair.
            I'm just imagining JPK's car being pranged while parked. JPK only asks for half the repair cost, as his car was a few years old when it was hit?
