I quite like the thread title of that one: "Legalitys of ex wife"

It would appear that not one of the solicitors ever read these leases.
Nor all but one of the lessees either it seems.

almost posted this in the original thread, but decided it was better here.

Queen guitarist Brian May also took umbrage at building work near his Kensington home.
I thought he lived in a badger sett, somewhere in Essex?

Privileged NIMBY? One has one's nice residence, plebs should know their place, which is not adjacent to one.

he appears to have concluded that we are tenants who attribute a lamp not switching on to the electrics rather than the bulb without further investigation...
Usually either that or they expect landlord to come over and change the bulb.

The solicitor had advised me that in this instance, a s8 might be the best route as otherwise we'd have to get a warrant to get access for the safety cert which defeats the purpose of the s21
All the more reason to get rid of gas in my view. One of mine that recently fell vacant is getting an induction hob now. The gas hob was the last gas item.

yes, there was a ingoing inventory done by a professional inventorist
Some of mine look like they've been invented, also.

Currently 4 lodgers share one bathroom with toilet and it is quite crowded during weekend.
Unpleasant for the person taking a bath too, I would have thought.

                        Sad, but true.

Won't such a case take up a lot of floor space though?

Maybe we should do this sort of fun and dance game every election. When Jeremy Corbyn is voted in as PM, we can rapidly address that by saying that the great British public really didn't know what the consequences of voting in a fascist, race obsessed/racist, Marxist government actually were. So when...

A single survey doesn't alter the fact that almost al surveys have found that the balance is now tipped the other way (and for a population of 66 million, a sample size of 26,000 really isn't a great deal better than a sample size of 1,000 - the difference is only a confidence interval of a couple of...

                                  Nope.

The claim that the UK could save £350 million a week and use that to fund the NHS was never true.
The £350 million a week claim doesn't take into account the 'rebate' that the UK gets that was negotiated by Margaret Thatcher. This 'rebate' is applied before any payments are...

Those 50,000 jobs wouldn't need filling if the population was 2 million lighter! And unemployment is much higher than reported (it is round here anyway) you only have to go round Poundland on a Monday morning to see how many people are without work....
