    Hi all

I was wandering if anyone could advice me on this please:....
Aye, have a relative who talks like that also...
I am legally unqualified: If you need to rely on advice check it with a suitable authority - eg a solicitor specialising in landlord/tenant law...

      drains blocked / Landlord uncontactable

All of the 'big' things are fine
Sounds like it was the 'big' things that caused the blockage.

The top and bottom of this is I didn't put the wipes down the toilet.
Was it moist toilet paper, perhaps?

Alternatively, he could go along with the Letting Agent line and say "your issue, not mine".
Certainly couldn't be the landlord's wipes!

And so she has given her mother as a guarantor who has passed.
You need a guarantor who is still alive.

Just realised TPTB have a little bit of unintentional humour:

Evict a tenant using accelerated possession

Flat roofs to make a comeback?

                  Isn't 'tenant-like behaviour' an oxymoron?

See; that's what happens if you make them work when it's raining.

I know this is hypothetical but, as has been muted by the Labour party, what would be a LL options if they were to do away with S21?.
Lets hope it is muted, and not mooted.

So the tenant complains that the hot water runs out, that the hot water pressure is too low, that I need to replace the tumble dryer
Is tenant running a laundry, then?

(One of mine seemed to be doing the laundry for the whole block.)

The pervious owners had put an extension onto the side which sits right on the boundary line with the house next door.
Are you worried about water penetration?

Maybe they are just pervy, and not permeable?

I assume splitting the flat would remove all the grand fathering
No room for daddy in such small flats?

this is not proof that he loved at the property
what would constitute proof... used prophylactics perhaps?

I bet you guys know what I mean by pilot error.

It's when your tenant calls you out saying something is faulty when they don't know how to use it. Today the lady who couldn't open her Washer Dryer a couple of months ago called to tell me that the heater in her spare room wasn't working....

My friend's BMW is still at the garage, so he has been using his old Audi A6 automatic estate.

He rang me this afternoon: Could I give him a lift to pick up his wife from work, as the Audi was now playing up? The symptoms he described sounded like a binding handbrake, so I suggested I put...

And the EU cannot leave the withdrawal agreement without the UK's permission - the arrangement works both ways.
But, both the UK and the EU get to leave the withdrawal agreement once a more permanent trade deal of some type has been agreed (or if the transition period comes to an end without a...

Looks like the government is on the verge of repatriating 150,000 holidaymakers over the next 48 hours and yet people seem to think they're not capable of putting food or medicine on the shelves after we leave the EU.

Still no meaningful and definitive list of the proposed benefits anywhere.
Even if only so that in, say, a decade, we can check to see if they've been achieved.
