Hosing benefit are requiring a new Tenancy Agreement for payment.
    Nice typo...
When I post, I am expressing an opinion - feel free to disagree, I have been wrong before.
Please don't act on my suggestions without checking with a grown-up (ideally some kind of expert).

Two old favourites posted again recently-

      a long term tennant
Yes I get fed up of seeing him on telly all the time.

I have a new blt mortgage
And still these sandwiches are too expensive.

These must be the most frequent typos on here.

In the USA you could have the Tennant Company as a tenant in the city of Tennant.
      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tennant
and if they sub-let to David Tennant then the lease could make interesting reading.

THey may refuse, but that is their problem if it exasperates the problem.
But won't the neighbours be exasperated also, if they can't use the toilet?

Just an update..... got the possession order via s8. Very straight forward
It is strange the way the ignorant and inexperienced so often and so undeservedly succeed when the informed and the experienced fail.

            This quote came to mind.

My friend has received a letter last week from her landlord asking her to be out within 7 days, she has a tendency agreement and pays monthly so...

Definitely tenant, if he's put concrete down it.

I am now contacting the contractor about, they were under the impression we were tenants
                            That impression would be correct.

Unemployment in this country is essentially zero - there are more jobs than people to do them (the HHS is currently short of 50,000 people for example).
Should the unemployed all move to Hemel Hempstead then?
