          When in UK he does Security contract work and his net income is about £10k pa. He says his net income from earnings abroad and other un-earned income totals £3000k per month.
          Why is he working in the UK at all, and why is he renting?

                Section 21 he has to give you 2 months notice from the date of the notice to move out If you dont then he has to begin proceedings to evict you which he can do under the accleratated process unless you can argue at the time of the section 21 that he did not comply with the improvement notice that the council had served him with or that he did not protect your deposit or provide the prescribed information for the appropiate scheme

                  The new Landlord Registration website will launch on Monday (13th February) form 13:00 hrs.

                  The new system will not have User Accounts, as the previous system had. Therefore you will not access your Registrations via usernames and passwords, but via a one-time password emailed to your Registered email address by the system, after entering 3 pieces of data:

                  • Name
                  • Registration Number
                  • Date of Birth

                  The one-time password will be valid for 30 minutes.
                  What if you intend to be a landlord for longer than half an hour?
