Of course a judge could order otherwise if common sense doesn't prevail.
    When does it ever?

one of the conditions of the scheme to qualify is that the boiler is over 5 years old, and a large percentage of the sign ups we are witnessing are tenants that are having to live with faulty obsolete boilers , which are over 10 years old ,
Yup. Really environmentally friendly to replace a 5 year old boiler. (sarc)

Very harsh punishment for S27A application?

On another thread I typed 'My freeholder attempted to cirticise me at the FTT for not giving them a chance to compromise.'

If you quote this post, and right click on the wiggly red line under cirticise, you might get why I'm chuckling.

Hi , I hope someone can clarify this as I use a rental agent but carry out a fair amount of maintenance myself, can I claim mirage allowance for this.
Think you'll find HMRC don't allow claims for an optical illusion
I am legally unqualified: If you need to rely on advice check it with a suitable authority - eg a solicitor specialising in landlord/tenant law...

                      From Landlordzone news:

                      • The government came under increasing pressure to do something about the “housing crisis”; the way a minority of rouge landlords were treating mainly social tenants,

The countries being referred to as 'their world countries' here are NOT countries in the EU, and the UN is NOT the EU.

Regardless of whether or not Theresa May was right to sign the UK up to this pact - it has nothing at all to do with the EU.

This pretty much hits the nail on the head.
I think that, if polls of Conservative party members hadn't shown that most members think that holding another referendum, or not going ahead with Brexit, would pretty much mean the end of the Conservative party, and that members would apparently prefer...

If the referendum hadn't been advisory, there would not still be any argument as to whether or not politicians should be supporting leaving the EU on the basis of the result of...
