    The 10 mm2 main earth conductor may require to be replaced by 16mm2 size copper conductor. You need to get a qualified and authorised electrician to quote for the remedial work ( see link below ) .

      I'm certain if she is claiming benefit then they would allow her to claim for both her notice on your property as well as any new property she has secured.

        I had a 7 week overlap in HB (as a tenant) in 2013 when Mr Emwithme and I were moving from a privately rented flat to an (adapted for disability) Housing Association property (had we not accepted the property within the week that we viewed it, we would have lost out, and as the month period had just started on our private rental we had to give 7 weeks' notice). There was absolutely no issue from the Local Authority - we just showed them the proof and got double payment for those seven weeks.

                I think my naybour grassed me up to the social saying my boyfriend was livin me me and his kids. I had go to a interview and take bank statement in and now I have just got a letter for another interview yeah and have to go down social all over again, I can prove my boyfriend isent living with me bc hes now in prison will they leave me alone, this naybour also grassed on me too the social services and I have them on my back every 4 weeks, child protection plan and eveything. my bf pushed my naybour throw the fence joinng our house, I can prove to the social that she has it agaist me and making up lies because of that which is was nicked for, If I prove that will they leave me alone?
                I fear I lead a comparatively quiet life...

                      And people have elsewhere mentioned mezzanine rent for holding over - would this apply (even just the threat of it)?
                      I don't think your new tenant would like old tenant to sleep on the mezzanine, even if he was paying rent.

                        Nevertheless, my tenants often claim at the end of the tenancy that they did not receive the prescribed info or certificate. They just forget.

                                At another place but, I felt, an object lesson for us all...
                                I had a tanent moved in my hmo house rent a room. made a contract for himself only.after 3/4 months he let his friend moved in with him .when I found out ,I asked the tanent A why you allowed another person to move in,he said I am very sorry,he said you give me 2 weeks notice and we will move.when I gave him notice the A tanent moved but his friend did not go.he is living in that room and I am not getting any rent for that room.for last 8/9 months. Regard
