When I post, I am expressing an opinion - feel free to disagree, I have been wrong before.
Please don't act on my suggestions without checking with a grown-up (ideally some kind of expert).

If a local authority leaning tower, check their website (or ring up) and ask if they offer loan terms.
Best just demolish it if it's leaning, surely?

I think these bits of the 1988 act are definitely a joke, aren't they?

        Ground 10

Some rent lawfully due from the tenant—

(a)is unpaid on the date on which the proceedings for possession are begun; and

(b)except where subsection (1)(b) of section 8 of this Act applies, was in arrears at the date of the service of the notice under that section relating to those proceedings.

        Ground 11

Whether or not any rent is in arrears on the date on which proceedings for possession are begun, the tenant has persistently delayed paying rent which has become lawfully due.

The agent would be better off giving you a good reference to help move you in.
Anyone given a nightmare tenant a good reference, just to be rid of the b*ggar?

That reminds me of when my cousin from Hinckley went to Uni in Nottingham when he was 18. His dad insisted on accompanying him there & back for the first year in cousin's car to 'show him the way'.

I guess at least the crown is being honest about it.

Here is my suggestion - buy a 2m x 1m PVC Banner printed with the recycle instructions showing 3 coloured bins and what to put into each bin - to hang on wall or fence near to bun area.

The countries being referred to as 'their world countries' here are NOT countries in the EU, and the UN is NOT the EU.

Regardless of whether or not Theresa May was right to sign the UK up to this pact - it has nothing at all to do with the EU.

This pretty much hits the nail on the head.
I think that, if polls of Conservative party members hadn't shown that most members think that holding another referendum, or not going ahead with Brexit, would pretty much mean the end of the Conservative party, and that members would apparently prefer...

If the referendum hadn't been advisory, there would not still be any argument as to whether or not politicians should be supporting leaving the EU on the basis of the result of...

The Global Compact for Migration doesn't make anything a criminal offence in the UK and can't possibly do that - it would require an act of parliament to create a criminal offence.
