... as a last resort would be to terminate the tenant as this would both cost me money and lose me rent.
      Not sure that's legal?

Although a terrible subject and a horrible thought by the person involved, it was made worse by the journalist that mangled the story and said ( vile) thought.

            Today...
I just wanted to clarify this detail. I have just found a prospective tenant for a house my OH and I jointly own. OH is happy to let me take the reigns and isn't worried about being involved.
Just like Phil the Greek saying lizzie can be in charge & reign then...

                    From today's BBC news:

'Today there are around 75 state-run telegram centres in India employing some 1,000 people. Many of them are in a dilapidated condition.'

Thread probably deleted by now but...
Not meant to be taken as an advert….purely helpful and informative to the readership. Of course Aaaaaa Bbbbbb UK is not the only residential property auctioneers and this message comes from circumstantial evidence across our regional operations that they are seeing a significant number of tenanted properties finding their way to the auction room and importantly successfully selling. Sorry if you felt it’s an ad….as I say just meant to be helpful and informative in the fact that private treaty is not the only way to sell tenanted property.
The profile information is, I assume, a satirical effort - quote funny really..... best not to post it here...

Yeah, read it and thought the same!
Do people actually think about the image they project to the potential customers they're trying to reach when they post such things?

This was the lat operating telegram service in the world, apparently. It made the news because they've decided to close it down.
So yes, maybe they've moved on to modern technology and installed telex instead

                                  That's great.

Still no meaningful and definitive list of the proposed benefits anywhere.
Even if only so that in, say, a decade, we can check to see if they've been achieved.

And, given that there are significant concerns about leaving (which aren't countered by labelling...

It really is not complicated. The UK cannot leave the withdrawal agreement without the EUs permission. Therefore we could be stuck in it forever if we cannot agree on all matters. The EU will decide when and if to release us. If you think that acceptable Marcomia then there is, indeed, no hope and no...

                                  Far from it.
Withdrawing from the EU at all is not in the best interests of the UK, but if we are going to do so (despite the fact that there are no clear benefits from leaving - at least, none that 'leave' supporters seem able to provide and justify) leaving with a withdrawal deal in place, like...

But Argentina didn't go bankrupt in the sense that a company did.
Argentina is still there, it recovered and has repaid most of the debt it initially defaulted on.

Again, Zimbabwe is currently restructuring its currency and debt.

I have already stated that Argentina went bankrupt, and people could not get their cash out of the banks.

Zimbabwe . In June 2019, the official inflation rate was 97.9%. Because the country is bankrupt.
