whenever I hovered in there or the main bedroom, there was fluff everywhere.
    Fairy nuff.
    Fairy fluff.

...last year rent increase just by letter they agreed and new rent was pain.
A lot of tennants consider a rent increase a pain.

I've already been told by the environmental health officer that my health and wellbeing doesn't matter as a private owner, it's the tenants safety (in the case of fire) matters.
Did anyone ever think it was otherwise?

How much wood would a woodchuck chuck?

So you would chuck get out?
I believe they're also known as groundhogs.

            - lets face it you could sit at home watching your big TV or fancy car...
            - anyone sitting at home watching their fancy car probably needs help & more prescriptions...

I've suspected this for some time.

There is a fine line between irony and stupidity. If I say something absurd please assume that I am being facetious.

I advertise as "Suit professionals" and normally find that's who apply.
Anyone got a tenant who wears a suit?

As I say she has a small baby and isn't keen on taking him to court if a stern letter can force him to do it.
I doubt little bub can read yet, let alone tackle plumbing.

                        Hi,
Briefly I'm a Tenant on a periodic tenancy renting a first floor flat about a funeral parlor.
I'm pretty sure my Landlord is breaking the law in at least one way, at present:
                        1) He has not put my deposit in a scheme
                        2) He has never provided me with Gas or Electric safety certificates
I guess the people downstairs are nice & quiet though?

                            TDS Advisroy leaflet
Would that be relevant for tenants not named 'Roy', though?

The water tank is clearly breaching any quiet enjoyment clause in the lease.
Even if it drips really quietly?

During the work, the contractor broke a family heirloom he then subsequently hid to conceal the damage. Now while I wasn’t wholly keen on the piece - a limited edition Royal Dalton piece
Thank goodness it wasn't Royal Doulton.

I bet you guys know what I mean by pilot error.

It's when your tenant calls you out saying something is faulty when they don't know how to use it. Today the lady who couldn't open her Washer Dryer a couple of months ago called to tell me that the heater in her spare room wasn't working....

My friend's BMW is still at the garage, so he has been using his old Audi A6 automatic estate.

He rang me this afternoon: Could I give him a lift to pick up his wife from work, as the Audi was now playing up? The symptoms he described sounded like a binding handbrake, so I suggested I put...

But, both the UK and the EU get to leave the withdrawal agreement once a more permanent trade deal of some type has been agreed (or if the transition period comes to an end without a...

Looks like the government is on the verge of repatriating 150,000 holidaymakers over the next 48 hours and yet people seem to think they're not capable of putting food or medicine on the shelves after we leave the EU.

Still no meaningful and definitive list of the proposed benefits anywhere.
Even if only so that in, say, a decade, we can check to see if they've been achieved.
