    Today, Gideon's latest cunning plan
The spending revue has a figure of £40,000 as the starting point...
Well I didn;t find the review that amusing or funny....

I have 2 BLT's and hope I wont get stung if I actually move house myself.
I don't know about you, but I think my sandwich choice plays much part in my financial decisions (it's not a BeeLT though)

Nobody - landlord, agent, buyer - can force tenant to sign new tenancy or agree chantes.
Of course, you'd have to agree your chants before singing your tenancy agreement.

It's worth making clear to the tenant that you will peruse the debt until your dying breath,
Peruse away laddie but that won't get you your money...

            I hate this thread.
            8-)
When I post, I am expressing an opinion - feel free to disagree, I have been wrong before.
Please don't act on my suggestions without checking with a grown-up (ideally some kind of expert).

Anyway as the whole process was taking so long, I paid for the door to be realigned as I had a tenant stuck in the middle of this.
He'd slim down enough to pull free after a couple of weeks, surely?

If after 01/10/2015 (presumably) you will have issues if you did not provide EPC, GSC & "Home to Rent"
Certainly fraudulent to accept rent if you didn't provide the 'home to rent'.

And because of the pets the landlady can ask for a professional clean.

I am scared about my deposit
I suspect the landlady is also.

The deposit is just meant to be a convenient way of getting things sorted out at the end of the tenancy
                            Bl**dy inconvenient in my experience.

To me, the category professional is the only option available to declare employed tenants but I wouldn't define their status as 'professional', only employed.
LOL. I think the word 'professional' is very abused nowadays isn't it?

A gentleman does for love what a professional does for money: I'd prefer to rent to gentlemen (and ladies, of course..)
