    Today
I am sure there are many landlords with mental health problems.
    Cheers!
I am legally unqualified: If you need to rely on advice check it with a suitable authority - eg a solicitor specialising in landlord/tenant law...

Not really unconscious humour, more a comment on how we come over sometimes to newbies, behave yourselves!

Since January they have been running a dog hoarding business from their property.
        Report them to the RSPCA.

Oh you bloody bugger JK0, you beat me to it (serves me right for trying to catch up on last night's GBBO while I'm doing this!)

All went well until the dog ate the kitchen and refused us access to the house to mend the back door
Could your carpenter throw him a bit of steak while he sneaks in and does the work?

Is it OK to offer money instead of going down
Is this another one about the prostitute's flat?

From a thread on MSE, titled 'Mould in the house'

She also thinks it's the landlord's fault.

I will try and make sure I open the windows more often as I almost never do that

I served a s.27A application on my landlord in February. The heating took place last week and things went horribly wrong for the landlord.
Landlord got a roasting in court?

I didn't leave when the tendency was up as it's not as easy as that when I have nobody that can be a guarantor.
Guarantee a tendency not to pay the rent?

Has anyone got any advice with regard to short term loans to cover the deposit on the guy to let
Ah, rent boys eh? Best not hire them with loans in my view.

I would only buy properties with tenants of less than 3 years old
But they'll only have a few plastic pennies to pay the rent with.

Further to the new legislation that came into effect on 1st October I've been thinking about how I can prove that I've served a copy of the EPC and the 'How to rent: the checklist for renting in England' document to the tenant prior to them singing their tenancy agreement.
It'd be like a long boring psalm, wouldn't it?

Your current tenants need to establish that the previous tenants are not at the property.
Would they not have noticed them?

                              An interesting concept.

She also said rather bluntly that due to recent legal changes to the section 21 that landlords do not have a cat in hell's chance of getting their tenants out!
Many a true word spoken in jest?
