      in places where there were bars of 6 spotlights we didn't replace them as felt so many lights unnecessary
      One of my tenants, (the single mum on benefits) has a single working bulb in her kitchen 4 spot rail. I guess she must twist it around when she wants to see another bit of the kitchen.

                    Tenant not responsible for weeds that grow during tenancy?

                    They claimed £300 for a gardner to remove weeds from behind two huts and from various places in the garden, stating that there were no weeds when I moved in. I moved in, in November when there would be no weeds.
                    This is funny, but I can just imagine an adjudicator accepting this argument.

                      Weekly Bath

                      Hello! To fit my overloaded schedule, it would be best for me to shower every Sunday, where I have free time. However, it is after 4-5 days that I start to smell, so I need to bath/shower midweek. Is there a solution for this? I tried to change underwear every day and I am currently experimenting with that, if I can make it to bath on Sundays only. Any opinion?

                              I had a Licence to Occupy for three months with an agency, which was not renewed but I was keep paying the weekly rent. I have the recipes from every week.
