Landlord to supply cat, and move house further away from neighbours.

once we received the tenancy agreement it was missing all requirement mentioned in our offer e.g. cat, break up close etc
        Do any landlords supply pets?

Many LL's unwittingly supply tiny biting pets left over from the previous tenants. No extra charge either.

                  From one of today's posts.

What is PRS by the way? Property repossession scheme?
A couple of years ago, I thought it was 'People's Republic of Scotland'.

Fittingly enough it can stand for Poverty Reduction Strategy, which may also describe many landlords' endeavours.

Anyone seen the banner advert at the top of the page from Intus Lettings?

It invites us to 'SWITH OVER TODAY'.

Maybe the person dictating the add has a lisp?

I've seen about 8-10 spiders in just 5 days. And I haven't been looking for them.
                              Really.

In my opinion, inhabitable would mean no sanitary (eg toilet and washing facilities), no heating and no security (eg doors and windows that don't close/lock).
Bl**dy hell. I'd hate to be one of his tenants.
