          On a landlord-assoc forum...
          Recently I have had to chase up rents due more and more each month and tenants are finding it moor difficult to make ends meet as it is so there is no way I world be able to our rents up.

          Also my HB ratio has raised and HB rants are going down!

              those rents will get away form you if you don't moor them up properly.

                So many things are filed down the side of a sofa. I found £5 last time I cleaned.

                  Me and bf and son are looking to move as we hate the flat weve been in 3 yrs. My bf has also a new job far away so we need to find somewhere.

                  Problem is credit rep has 2 ccjs so what dose this mean for us moving Theyre from 2009 1 in jan and other august, The august 1 was paid in 2011 but i dont remember what the jan one was for and i havnt pad anything afaik. looking on forum i saw ccjs are remlved after 6 yrs so what dose that mean if we try torent now n they do cerdit check

                              Minion has attended a meeting this morning which a resident had arranged to deal with long running disputes between groups by a "grand meditation" she had arranged.

                              Noone mentioned the typo to keep every one onside until this morning when in fact it was a meditation, Yogi and everything
