Some of my tenants certainly had tendencies.... but never agreed in the agreement.....................She can't send over 6k to an agency without having at a minimum draft of the tendency agreement ..........I am legally unqualified: If you need to rely on advice check it with a suitable authority - eg a solicitor specialising in landlord/tenant law...Comment
