      ..................She can't send over 6k to an agency without having at a minimum draft of the tendency agreement ..........
      Some of my tenants certainly had tendencies.... but never agreed in the agreement...
      I am legally unqualified: If you need to rely on advice check it with a suitable authority - eg a solicitor specialising in landlord/tenant law...

                              The landlord has always kept 2000 grand in the account to manage most of the costs short term.
                              £2 million seem a lot for short term costs.
