26/02/14 (taken slightly out of context because this is not the complete sentence):

You should go back to your Council 'advisor' and ask for them to put in writing their requirement for you to expose yourself to court
There is a fine line between irony and stupidity. If I say something absurd please assume that I am being facetious.

          Today
What despot information is required to be stated in a contract in an English AST?
Always thought it is an implied term that "I the Landlord am a despot & don't you forget it!!"
I am legally unqualified: If you need to rely on advice check it with a suitable authority - eg a solicitor specialising in landlord/tenant law...

ok, so it could be coinsident, ......even buy a £10 waist bin for her toilet, ...
Wish some of my waist could go in the bin..

Inability to spell doesn't bode well for contrcts, mortgages, tenancy agreements and the like.

                    On the radio yesterday

" it was written at a different time and for a different country|"

Except that he forgot the "try" bit and pronounced as it sounded- not "count" .

As it was mid flow they didn't catch in the time delay!

Romancing tenant in lieu of S21?

I did not send any notice to ask him out yet as I am still thinking what is the best way to deal with tenant like him.

Oh for the days of taking "rent in kind"

                          From one of today's posts:

And apart from not paying the rent the OP has been a good tenant.
                          LOL.

                            In response to:

Knocked and rang the bell to no end stood out there at the door for God knows how long!
I didn't know who it was until morning when I saw a comp card left at the door!
                            This made me laugh:

Get a door handle fitted to the inside of the door so that you can open it. People tend to stop ringing the bell once someone opens it.

I wouldn't like to be doing do in court in front of a sharky lawyer and a tenant-friendly judge.
Would that be a number 1 or a number 2? Contempt of court maybe?
