It seems to me there is a lot of unconscious humour here, the latest one for me is...........

Hi. The S.21 is not valid for a number of reasons. I would be willing to sign a new AST with the prospective buyer. I suppose they are just an unknown quandary at the moment.

Of course I know what he means but his brain seems to be running faster than his typing

Could the guy be using type-talk? I get the impression one or two prolific posters on here do, when they come up with similar mistakes.

Sorry, I dunno what type-talk is. Is it for blind people?

I do know one completely blind man that has his computer read his emails aloud to him, he has the speech running so fast that I cannot understand a word of it. His typing skills are phenomenal as well.

Although it certainly wasn't a laughing matter for the OP in another thread about LL not doing repairs, the 'leek in the bedroom' which brought the ceiling down made me smile. Must have been some leek.

I also liked the idea of a 'Signed Afadavid'. (What you do with the other afa the david wasn't made clear).

(Apart from the "interesting" Ingerlish/grammar/syntax..) I've this image of some regency dandy with rouged cheeks sitting in his wee letting agency waiting for that wonderful, hoped for, perfect tenant/landlord to walk through yon door..

Alternatively the poster may be referring to a particularly remarkable exemplar of "Cox's Orange Pippin.."

I was doing some voluntary work for a group trying to transfer off the council to a self managing organisation.

A scruffy dishevelled and smelly individual with a brillo pad beard joined meeting and no one knew where he lived, so the chair took him to one side to offer some help.
