and add details of any bad tenants that they have come across recently. This will ensure that details of these bad characters are captured for the benefit of us landlords.

Or even one of a door with a bucket of water balanced precariously upon it.

No address or company details. Terms state that landlords inputting incorrect information will be "penalised by a £100 fine".

            What could possibly go wrong?

OP is a disgruntled, accidental LL. One who has moreover failed to comply with his/her repairing obligations....

You should write a loo book of Maxims for Landlords.

'People in glass houses should get the boiler mended' could be a runaway bestseller like 'Eats, Shoots and Leaves'.

I would, if I thought anyone would read it!

How about 'Your House, But Their Home' and 'Every Tenant Needs a Plunger'?

Never mind that, I've just had a quick glance through the Home page and found 5 grammatical/spelling errors in that alone. Not a very professionally presented site, if they cannot even get their own introductory information correct. Falling at the first hurdle IMO!

I know anyone can make typos (I kindly had one pointed out to me in previous post I'd made here tonight), but I am not marketing myself as offering accurate and reliable information about tenants! Epic fail!
