      Aye, fair comment, own goal....

Off to replace door to brick shed at tenanted student house later & prepare 'ole in wall for being-delivered tumble-dryer upgrade at-no-cost-2-tenants... I'll see if they let me in....
I am legally unqualified: If you need to rely on advice check it with a suitable authority - eg a solicitor specialising in landlord/tenant law...

I worry about you lot sometimes

Oh and whilst we're over-sharing. I love sage & onion stuffing, unfortunately it does things to me that result in an odour that can only be described as death. It's truly awful.
I'm a good tenant with great landlords
I'm also a living, breathing, fully cooked female.

I appreciate the concern I hear " I worry about you sometimes" at least once a day

Like most men irrespective of our age or responsibilities we are still 13 at heart.

Well next door (repossession) has sold it seems. The notice the EA have to display that an offer (for full asking price) has been accepted so unless a bidding war ensues I shall be having new neighbours soon.

Hopefully they'll be reasonable enough to allow me to use my own drive
