    Reminds me of an Anti Social Behaviour hearing I attended where the tenant was of a similar colourful vocabulary. The judge, excruciatingly calm in his delivery, identified the wealth of language available to the defendant however went on to acknowledge that none of the words used were admissible as coherent evidence and therefore his testimony was to be dismissed. Had the defendant used a less emotive choice of phrasing, he might have been able to avoid the injunction which was duly issued.
    The judge was so straight faced it hurt to watch. I nearly wet myself in the corridor on the way out.
