Notice to Quit and Section 33

    Hi,

I'm looking for some help with these with regards to what dates to put on to ensure they are correct. If tenancy started on 1st of the month what date should I put on the notice to quit and what dates for vacant possession and required to remove from property? Should they be the last day of the month or the first of the following? Thanks

What were the start & finish dates of the initial term? Does the tenancy state how it continues after the fixed term (mine state
If this agreement is not brought to an end by either party on the end date it will continue thereafter on a monthly basis until terminated by either party giving no less than two months notice in writing to the other party.
    - or does it continue by tacit relocation.

Rent is payable (according to tenancy agreement) monthly, 4-weekly... ??

Should expire on ish. Perhaps discuss with your landlord association.

Rent is paid monthly on the first. The fixed term was up last year. The agreement states that it will continue on a monthly basis till ended by landlord giving 2 months notice or tenant giving 1 month.

Ish then sounds like end-of-month (tricky: Could be 28, 29, 30 or 31st...).

So should I put 31st July for all 3 dates? Or is Vacant possession required for 1st Aug? Sorry, probably asking stupid questions but want to make sure I am getting it correct.
