    Yes, get one asap, which should last the next 5 years, you may need more frequent ones if you have a high turnover of T's in the property, otherwise you just need to get one when the certificate expires.

    Good afternoon,

    Is the new regulations are also valid for ongoing periodic tenancies? I have a tenant who moved in 2019 Dec, and moved to periodic tenancy in 2020 Dec. Should I need an electric certificate for it?
