If I was to replace the old units, would it make the most sense to replace with 18th edition consumer units?

I found this link.. which would do the job for a three bedroom flat. Any advice/recommendations appreciated

Why are you looking to buy the items- you are then liable for any shortfalls
For example if someone booked an electrician to change a consumer unit (client supplying materials) and the consumer unit went faulty the client would have to pay the electrician to attend
If parts were missing who pays for the labour for the failed visit?

      Can of worms

I use the ones with 100A / 30mA RCDs regualtions

Stick to a decent make in all your properties then the instructions for resetting are all the same.

I'm not looking to buy the units. Just a link to whether those units are suitable

Which make and model unit would you recommend with ones with 100A / 30mA RCDs ?

I use the VML910CU as these take RCBO's as well (the CU means they are configurable so do split RCD plus non protected / RCBO circuits.

Yep, but it is not high integrity as it is sold, would need RCBO's to be high integrity (description is wrong)
