Reply to Gaining Possession as an Executorby ash72I can't see why if you are only taking back possession and not selling them, plus it was you who was managing the properties (was your name on the tenancies?). Make sure your S21's were valid, as the courts will reject it, and it would be back to the drawing board.

by acshawMy Mother-in-Law passed away a few months ago and she had a few rental properties in her name, which I managed. I am a named executor in her will and applied for probate a couple of weeks ago. The properties need to be sold, the Section 21s have expired and the tenants haven't vacated. I know we can't...

by betsy2040I been evicted today and I’ve left a few bits of stuff ,
marble table and dining chairs , mattress 2 sofas ect ect boxes of stuff , curtains , few boxes of clothes and shoes , and sideboards and all my garden stuff
How long have I got to remove all this?...-

There is a two week (21 day) grave period for tenants to pick up belongings under an 1970 ACT (do some research )
and my LL is giving my stuff back! Collecting tuesday
