Hi,
I have a possession order following a S21 eviction. I'm still awaiting my solicitor gaining a warrant of possession to allow bailiffs to evict (at some point in the future - I'm not holding my breath for Feb 21st...)
I should probably be talking to a county court bailiff to 'get in the...-

There is no guarantee of a good reference regardless of what you do. Disputing the rent rise is probably not going to help.-

Which would mean that the notice isn't valid, as it cannot be served within the first 4 months of the tenancy. (Assuming that the tenancy began in October).

It’s been a hard year... my partner lost his job due to covid.... then I had a terrible accident and ended up in hospital for 4 months and have been left with a severe disability. The landlord doesn’t know any of this because we have dwindled our entire savings...
